Covid-19 Policy Update

 

It is the responsibility of each individual to continue practicing safety and wellness with respect for others in mind.  This is a mutual respect for two parties that includes behaviors while an employee is at Spaces or while representing Spaces during the workday or at a business event. This is not an opportunity to judge others or develop personal perceptions that communicate and escalate fears. Rather we will be understanding and open minded considering each of us have our own set of experiences and beliefs. We will continue to operate professionally, working together in a positive and optimistic mindset through the ever-changing impact of Covid-19, its variants, and the vaccine.

As Covid-19 moves from a pandemic to an endemic phase, Spaces policies have been updated. This update will be in place until further notice as we continue to define our best practices inside anew business approach while always focused to deliver excellence as expressed by our mission, vision, and values. We will follow global and local policies in regards to social distancing, masks, vaccines, and covid exposure. Our internal operating practices will also be attentive to the individual expectations of guests.

 

Spaces will return to our historical “Work From Anywhere” work model and culture since our inception in 1993

offering personal flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere when needed for personal and professional balance. Our technology platform and investment in our employees for seamless connectivity, cell phones, and office equipment needs allows us to effectively deliver on our commitments.

As a formality to bring a more defined work-life balance, our in-office work policy has been modified to work from anywhere on Fridays and to end our day at 1:00 p.m. This new policy gives back156 hours of annual personal time without consideration for holidays from our previous work schedules. We believe this change will not impact our continued commitment to deliver client expectations, moreover, this and our inherent culture of empowerment and flexibility enhances our employee’s ability to be more successful with their career and within our client relationships.
