We started this workspace design project when B.E. Smith, a healthcare executive search firm, acquired their new Lenexa, Kan. location. They were looking to purchase new furniture to function as a more flexible, open environment while promoting collaboration as well as incorporating company branding. As a busy, growing company they needed office furniture that would be aesthetically pleasing to clients, yet contain the tools their employees needed to work effectively.See more photos from the project.Knoll Reff was used in the private offices for its classic beauty and contemporary details. Knoll Template was used in open workstations allowed for a smaller footprint while maintaining all of the features needed by the user. DIRTTwalls throughout the space created a reconfigurable environment to allow for future growth. Touchdown areas were designed to promote collaboration by inspiring employees to move throughout the day. We dynamically emphasized their strong company branding through the use of matching finishes and materials.Overall, B.E.
