Spaces, Inc. Project Profile: P1 Group

Design, architecture, and construction often operate individually, yet they cannot exist without each other. We at Spaces, Inc. are experts on interior architecture and design, while one of our latest clients, P1 Group, has extensive experience in construction. When P1 Group—the esteemed contracting group with roots that date back nearly 100 years with expertise in electrical, mechanical and service contractors—wanted to build a new corporate headquarters, the two fields combined for an effortless and rewarding project.

Spaces, Inc. was asked to work alongside the contracting experts to facilitate the outfitting and design of the new building. From developing the building layout to choosing paint colors, all the way to placing the last piece of furniture, Spaces, Inc. was tasked with developing an open office plan, designed to encourage collaboration and productivity, as well as creating a sense of community through gathering and social areas.

Spaces, Inc. met with the contractor and client for all aspects of the project, and the team dynamic created impressive results. The 30,000-sq.-foot building was fitted with an impressive lobby, 37 private offices, 120 open office workstations, seven conference rooms, and three open collaboration areas and gathering spaces.

To attain the premium standards of P1 group, Spaces, Inc. used Knoll, ERG, Mayline and Arcadia products and designs, creating a top of the line, modern and functional workspace conducive to creating outstanding solutions for P1’s respective clients.
