SPACESINC was proud to partner with the City of Lenexa on its new Justice Center—a vital community hub designed to support both public safety operations and civic services. As a trusted provider of commercial interior solutions, we worked closely with project stakeholders to deliver functional, modern furniture and FF&E solutions that align with the city’s goals of safety, efficiency, and long-term durability.

The new Lenexa Justice Center spans a 36-acre site and includes a 95,000 SF, two-story main building housing the Lenexa Police Department’s headquarters—complete with offices, evidence processing, training rooms, and staff support areas—as well as the municipal court and other public-facing spaces. A secondary 23,500 SF training facility supports continued officer development and operations.

We focused on selecting high-performance commercial furniture and interior products that support the demanding needs of a 24/7 public safety facility while also enhancing the overall experience for everyone. Every piece was chosen with care to reflect the professionalism of the departments housed within, while creating a welcoming atmosphere for the public.

From concept to completion, our team ensured the Justice Center was outfitted with thoughtful, human-centric design solutions that blend durability with comfort. This project is a reflection of SPACESINC’s commitment to transforming civic and government spaces into highly functional environments where people feel supported, secure, and empowered to serve.
