Vireo's vibrant new space located in the Kansas City River Market demonstrates a vibrant design that truly captures the fun and upbeat spirit of their unique brand and culture. The landscape architecture firm was looking for a space that would attract their people back to the office after they had been working from home during the pandemic.

Although the team was able to be fully functional at home, having everyone in one space to be able to collaborate and hold client meetings was increasingly important. Our Falkbuilt interior construction made sure the Vireo team could have private internal and client meetings with a new Falkpod fully equipped with integrated technology and two "phone booths".

SPACESINC was integral throughout the early space planning and design process. Our team worked closely with Vireo to assist in the move from their previous space to their new location. With a previous tenant already occupying the building, it was important for our team to find the most sustainable and efficient way to transition the old furniture out and bring new pieces in. It is truly amazing to see how this old warehouse space transformed into a place that Vireo can call home!
